A: We have a set system from meeting to selling to a customer, but we wish to promote a friendly and almost family environment at the dealership, I think our customers feel this and appreciate the level of customer satisfaction we provide.
Q: How Will Winning This Award Affect the Work You Do Moving Forward?
A: Winning this award will only make us work harder to win it again! we want to be number one so this will push us to maintain this level of customer satisfaction if not raise the bar for us!
Q: What is the Biggest Risk You Have Ever Taken in Business?
A: The biggest risk that I have taken was taking a rather large 20+ vehicle order(approx. $700k) and with 5-day window to have them ready for the customer but not having such units on hand. The order was then filled by 4 different sources and 3 different cities to transport them into town.
Q: Businesswise, What is Your Next Big Step?
A: Roadsport has been around for 40+ years, our next big step is our Facelift to be started this year. Make sure to come and check out our State-of-the-Art Facility once renovations are complete!

My Business Motto is… Do things right the first time and look after the customers.
What I Like the Most About My Job… I love interacting with my customers. Watching the enjoyment on their faces when they pick up their new vehicle has a very rewarding feeling.
Recently I Learned… Everyone is different. What may work for some does not mean it will work for all. This is not something I learned recently but it is something that I am continually reminded of.
Daily I Always Try to… Do my daily rounds. I try and walk through each department and at least say hi to everyone. I feel it is important for them to know who I am and feel they are able to approach me. We must work as a team and cross-department relationships is very important to me, if not a necessity to do business.
During My Spare Time I Like to… Spend quality time with my family and explore new points of interest in town or vacation abroad
