Hollywood, FL, October 20, 2017 –(PR.com)– It seems hotel companies have been busy acquiring properties lately, focused – not surprisingly – on location.

AD1 Global, an award-winning South-Florida hotel investment company, has been particularly busy in this regard, adding three hotels in a month to their expanding portfolio – 2 of them in the hot Orlando market and 1 in the state’s capitol.

And it’s not only AD1 Global that sees a bright future for Orlando, and Florida in general. The privately funded Brightline high-speed rail company announced a week ago that is has begun work on a $2 billion-dollar project to connect Miami to Orlando, with service expected to run by 2020.

Visit Orlando recently reported that a record 68 million people visited the Magic City in 2016 and Visit Florida is predicting 120 million visitors to the state in 2017, which would be a record – and that is after hurricane Irma.

"All indicators point towards a favorable travel market for the foreseeable future, so now is the time to position the company strategically," says Daniel Berman, AD1 Global President.

“We are actively acquiring hotels that make good business sense. AD1 Global is focused, but not exclusively, on limited service hotels in mid to major markets in Florida and beyond. That is where we are seeing a good return on investment on behalf of our stakeholders.”

AD1 has ambitions to grow their portfolio to 25 hotels by the end of 2018 providing around 3500 rooms to business, group and leisure travelers.

“Our successful business model is to associate with national brands that customers know and trust such as Hilton, Wyndham, Holiday Inn, Best Western, Marriott, InterContinental Hotels Group and Choice hotels, and to provide stellar customer service.”

That is the important ingredient in the secret sauce.

“When you have a great product in a great location that you combine with great employees who are dedicated to ensuring that all the customer’s needs are taken care of you create a memorable experience that translates into success,” said Berman.

The new properties AD1 Global recently added to its portfolio include the Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista, the Quality Suites Royale Parc Suites and the Wyndham Garden Tallahassee Capitol.
