With a rapidly growing team and client base, BT Partners continues to prioritize client satisfaction with this new role.

CHICAGO, IL, April 22, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ — BT Partners is proud to announce and welcome Berry Hirsch as the new Customer Success Manager for the growing Sage Intacct team. Her sole focus in the newly created role will be to ensure customers have every tool available to them. Hirsch will be introduced to potential customers during the sales cycle to provide value & support, and then continue the relationship as the main contact after they become a client. “When you’ve got someone who is just focused on the health of the customer, from the first contact to years after implementation, that is my sole job…I’m just trying to make sure their business is healthy.” Hirsch stated.

This shift in focus for Hirsch comes after a long career in sales, including Regional Channel Sales Manager for Sage Software for 7 years, Channel Sales Executive with Abila for 3 years, and a number of years with Community Brands in different sales roles, including Director of Sales for Non-Profit Solutions. When asked why the change at this point in her growing career, she explained “I had my hands in everything and was a master of nothing, so decided to step back and find something I love doing every day again.” Mixed in with the sales roles throughout her career were Customer Account Management roles, so she decided to get back to her roots working directly with customers on a daily basis. Hirsch added, “My favorite thing to do is customer success – getting to make sure all their needs are met and that we’re doing all the right things for them.”

BT Partners has been a strong technology solutions partner for over 30 years and continues to grow & adapt with the market and technology shifts. Based in Chicago, Illinois, with staff across the country, practices include business management & ERP solutions, such as Sage Intacct and Syspro, as well as executive analytics with Domo, and managed IT services; however, it prides itself on how its people set the company apart. By putting relationships over transactions, the team of trusted advisors helps clients use technology to get ahead. As Deb Loizides, Senior Channel Executive at Sage Intacct, states “I have spent the greater part of my 25 year career working with VAR partners. The secret sauce of the BT Partners team is that they truly do what they say they will do. In corporate speak, their “Say-Do” ratio is off the charts. They care about the entire lifecycle of their engagement with prospects with one goal and one goal only: helping and retaining that relationship for life. That’s not something you come across often in the high speed world in which we navigate. BT Partners is a special group.”

Berry Hirsch also brings a unique client perspective to this newly created role, as she was actually a Sage Intacct user in her previous role. That experience made it incredibly clear to Hirsch how important it is to get the implementation right and ensure the customer is supported throughout their journey. “Reporting was terrific, dashboards were terrific…Intacct gave us everything we needed and then some.” she stated.

When asked why Hirsch chose BT Partners‘ new Customer Management role for her next step, she replied “They have an amazing customer focus. A lot of companies say that, but BT Partners felt like they were truly invested in their customer’s success – and that they were generally good humans”. This was a key factor, given that Hirsch feels the hardest part of being in customer success is that you always want to be on the side of the customer and working for their benefit, so you need to be surrounded by a team that supports this.

BT Partners helps organizations use technology to get ahead. Our enterprise solutions, managed IT, and executive analytics improve performance, but our people set us apart. By putting relationships over transactions, our team of trusted advisors helps clients thrive.
